长链非编码RNA:是一组超过200个碱基对的非编码RNA,可能具有自己的启动子,并且可能位于蛋白质编码基因之间。长链非编码RNA的生物发生的途径类似于蛋白质编码RNA的途径,但是,它们不能翻译成蛋白质。在过去,长链非编码RNA被认为是没有生物学功能的“暗物质”或“转录噪声”,但最新的证据表明长链非编码RNA是一类重要的调节分子,它们可以靶向并改变许多细胞的生理和功能。
软骨细胞:是关节软骨中唯一的细胞类型,其可合成和转换大量细胞外基质成分,例如胶原蛋白、糖蛋白、蛋白聚糖和透明质酸。软骨细胞的代谢活动受其所存在的化学和机械环境中的许多因素影响,软骨细胞的异常代谢、纤维化和凋亡增加等将会诱导骨性关节炎的发生。

背景:作为在软骨中发现的唯一一种细胞,软骨细胞在骨性关节炎中的作用受到了广泛的关注。越来越多的研究发现长链非编码RNA能够通过影响软骨细胞的各种基本细胞特征从而参与骨性关节炎的发病机制。
目的:综述长链非编码RNA在骨性关节炎软骨细胞中的研究进展,为骨性关节炎寻找更多的诊断和治疗靶标。
方法:通过中国知网及PubMed数据库,以“骨性关节炎,长链非编码RNA,软骨细胞,自噬”为中文关键词;以“osteoarthritis;non-coding RNAs;long non-coding RNAs;chondrocytes;chondrocytes proliferation;chondrocytes autophagy;chondrocytes inflammation;chondrocytes extracellular matrix”为英文关键词,搜索2007-2022年在骨性关节炎中与长链非编码RNA有关的文献,排除重复研究、可信度低及无参考意义文献,共纳入62篇文献进行分析、归纳、总结。
结果与结论:①长链非编码RNA能够通过调节软骨细胞增殖、自噬、炎症反应和细胞外基质合成等机制进而影响骨性关节炎的发展;②长链非编码RNA有可能成为骨性关节炎诊断或治疗的潜在生物标志物。

Abstract: BACKGROUND: As the only kind of cells found in cartilage, the role of chondrocytes in osteoarthritis has received much attention. Increasing studies have found that long non-coding RNAs can participate in the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis by affecting various basic cellular characteristics of chondrocytes.
OBJECTIVE: To review the research progress in the role of long non-coding RNAs in chondrocytes of osteoarthritis, thereby finding more diagnostic and therapeutic targets for osteoarthritis.
METHODS: CNKI and PubMed were searched for articles addressing long non-coding RNAs in osteoarthritis published from 2007 to 2022. The search terms were “osteoarthritis; long non-coding RNA; chondrocytes; autophagy” in Chinese and “osteoarthritis; non-coding RNAs; long non-coding RNAs; chondrocytes; chondrocytes proliferation; chondrocytes autophagy; chondrocytes inflammation; chondrocytes extracellular matrix” in English. After duplicate studies and articles with low reliability and no reference were excluded, 62 articles were included for analysis, induction, and summary.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) Long non-coding RNAs can affect the development of osteoarthritis by regulating chondrocyte proliferation, autophagy, inflammatory response, and extracellular matrix synthesis. (2) Long non-coding RNAs may become a potential biomarker for the diagnosis or treatment of osteoarthritis.
