股骨头坏死:是骨伤科常见的疑难病症,该疾病初始发生在股骨头的负重区,在异常应力的作用下从负重区骨小梁结构开始出现损伤,也就是常说的骨小梁“微骨折”。随后损伤的骨组织进行修复,在致病因素一直存在的情况下,小梁结构损伤和修复反复进行,从而导致股骨头内骨小梁结构的改变、股骨头塌陷以及关节炎症,最终出现功能障碍。
股骨头坏死动物模型:目前对于股骨头坏死的发病机制仍然没有一个明确的定论,也未找到彻底治愈该疾病的理想方法。因此,需要借助股骨头坏死动物模型来进一步研究该疾病的病因、发病机制、治疗方法等。

背景:股骨头坏死是骨伤科常见的疑难病症,致残率高,目前对于其发病机制仍然没有一个明确的定论,也未找到彻底治愈该疾病的理想方法。因此,需要借助动物模型来进一步研究该疾病的病因、发病机制、治疗方法等。
目的:综述近年来常用的一些股骨头坏死动物模型,总结分析出每一类动物模型对应的临床症状和模型的优缺点,从而为后续研究提供基础。
方法:以“股骨头坏死,动物模型,femoral head necrosis,animal model” 等为检索关键词,在万方、维普、中国知网、PubMed、Embase、Medline等数据库中检索2000 年1 月至2019 年12 月的文献,根据标准最终纳入42篇参考文献。
结果与结论:①股骨头坏死动物模型已经用于相关研究多年,这确实提高了对此类骨科疾病的理解和研究;②但是目前股骨头坏死的相关研究仍然需要进一步深入探索,通过建立更理想、更完善的动物模型可在该研究领域实现新的突破。

Abstract: BACKGROUND: Osteonecrosis of the femoral head is a common and difficult disease in orthopedic department, with a high disability rate. At present, there is still no clear conclusion about its pathogenesis, as well as no ideal way to cure the disease. Therefore, it is necessary to use animal models to further study the etiology, pathogenesis and treatment of the disease.
OBJECTIVE: To review some common animal models of osteonecrosis of the femoral head in recent years, summarize and analyze the corresponding clinical symptoms and the advantages and disadvantages of each animal model, so as to provide the basis for the follow-up research in this area.
METHODS: The keywords of “femoral head necrosis” and “animal model” were used to search articles published between January 2000 to December 2019 in WanFang, VIP, CNKI, PubMed, Embase and Medline databases. Finally 42 eligible articles were included.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The animal model of osteonecrosis of the femoral head has been used for many years, which really improves the understanding and research of this kind of orthopedic disease. However, at present, the related research of such diseases still needs to be further explored, through the establishment of more ideal and perfect animal models to achieve a new breakthrough in this research field.
