2.1 参与者数量分析 按意向性处理分析,纳入60例先天性心脏病婴幼儿患儿,全部进入结果分析,60例患儿均康复出院,无脱落。 2.2 患儿基线资料 3组患儿的年龄、体质量、手术时间、体外循环时间、升主动脉阻断时间差异均无显著性意义(P > 0.05),见表1。 2.3 围手术期患儿细胞因子水平 麻醉诱导前以及体外循环前3组肿瘤坏死因子α、白细胞介素6、白细胞介素8和白细胞介素10比较差异均无显著性意义(P > 0.05);对照组肿瘤坏死因子α、白细胞介素6、白细胞介素8明显高于诱导前以及相同时点实验组的水平(P < 0.01);体外循环结束后30 min及24 h,3组白细胞介素10水平均明显增高,但联合组明显高于对照组(P < 0.01),见表2。"
