2.3 各组临床资料比较 见表2。 表2可见,各组间应用SNK法多重比较,组间体质量指数、高密度脂蛋白差异无显著性意义;血液透析组血磷值、低密度脂蛋白、游离甲状旁腺激素、血肌酐、尿素氮值高于正常对照组,血钙、血白蛋白低,差异有显著性意义(P < 0.05)。 糖尿病肾病血液透析组、非糖尿病肾病血液透析组与非糖尿病肾病未透析组总胆固醇、三酰甘油值差异无显著性意义(P > 0.05)。 糖尿病肾病24个月组与糖尿病肾病未透析组游离甲状旁腺激素、低密度脂蛋白、血糖、血白蛋白水平差异无显著性意义(P > 0.05), 糖尿病肾病60个月组较24个月组糖尿病肾病组低密度脂蛋白、血糖降低,血白蛋白值高,差异有显著性意义(P < 0.05),与未透析糖尿病肾病组差异有非常显著性意义(P < 0.01)。 HOMA-IR值糖尿病肾病未透析组较对照组及其他各组均高,差异有显著性意义(P < 0.05),糖尿病肾病24个月组较糖尿病肾病未透析组稍微降低,差异有显著性意义(P < 0.05),糖尿病肾病60个月组较糖尿病肾病未透析组显著降低,差异有显著性意义(P < 0.01)。 非糖尿病肾病24个月组HOMA-IR值与非糖尿病肾病未透析组差异无显著性意义(P > 0.05)。 "
