2.3 Meta分析结果 2.3.1 术后肘关节功能恢复情况 7篇文献比较了切开复位可吸收材料内固定术与切开复位克氏针内固定术治疗儿童肱骨外髁骨折的术后肘关节功能恢复情况[13-19]。各研究间异质性较小(P=0.24,I2=25%),采用固定效应模型进行Meta分析。分析结果显示,两组间比较差异无显著性意义[OR=0.72,95%CI(0.37,1.41),P=0.34],见图1。说明切开复位可吸收材料与克氏针内固定治疗儿童肱骨外髁骨折术后肘关节功能恢复情况无明显差别。 所纳入研究中,采用的肘关节功能评价标准并不一致:陆敏华[13]、张剑坤[16]采用Broberg-Morrey肘关节功能临床评定标准;鄂兵等[14]采用Hardacre疗效评价标准;宿玉玺等[18]采用HSS肘关节评分标准;张路等[17]和李奕标等[19]则根据肘关节外观及活动情况自行设计评分标准。仔细阅读相关标准后认为其差异可接受,具有可比性。"
