甲状腺组织损伤与修复重建：中医药应用热点的可视化分析

甲状腺疾病的中医药治疗：甲状腺疾病是内分泌系统中常见的疾病之一。随着现代医学的发展，甲状腺疾病的诊断和治疗方法不断进步，中医药在该领域的应用也逐渐受到关注。中医药以其独特的理论体系和丰富的临床经验，在甲状腺疾病的预防、治疗及康复过程中展现出独特的优势。
桥本甲状腺炎：是甲状腺疾病的研究热点，中医药多将其归属于“瘿病”范畴。研究表明，中医药可通过调节适应性免疫细胞与固有免疫细胞功能、干预炎症信号通路、改善“肠-甲状腺轴”微生态等多层次、多靶点系统干预桥本甲状腺炎的免疫病理过程。

背景：甲状腺疾病是内分泌系统常见病之一，中医药治疗因其独特的优势而受到广泛关注。
目的：基于中国知网(CNKI)近年的相关文献，采用文献计量学方法，对甲状腺组织损伤、修复重建领域中医药应用的研究现状、热点主题及发展趋势进行了系统分析。
方法：以CNKI总库平台为数据检索平台，在期刊资源中检索以“甲状腺” “甲状腺疾病” “中医药” “中医药治疗” “文献计量学分析” “历史文献” “分布” “文献来源” “主要期刊” “作者” “核心研究” “治疗方法”为主题的研究文献，设置检索式为“主题=‘甲状腺’ * ‘甲状腺疾病’ * ‘中医药’ ‘中医药治疗’ AND 关键词=‘甲状腺’ + ‘甲状腺疾病’ + ‘损伤’ + ‘修复’ + ‘中医药’ + ‘中医药治疗’ + ‘历史文献’ + ‘分布’ + ‘文献来源’ + ‘主要期刊’ + ‘作者’ + ‘核心研究’ + ‘治疗方法’ ”，检索时限设为2012-2026年。通过Citespace软件系统回顾和总结近年来甲状腺组织损伤、修复重建中医药治疗领域的研究成果，明确该领域的研究重点和发展趋势。
结果与结论：在CNKI总库共检索到1 884篇文献，展现出广泛的研究参与度和学术影响力。文献可视化分析结果显示，甲状腺疾病的中医药治疗主要集中在辨证论治、中药方剂的应用等方面，形成了较为系统的理论体系。热点主题包括甲状腺结节、甲状腺功能亢进、桥本甲状腺炎的中医药治疗策略，以及中医药在改善患者生活质量方面的效果。研究还揭示了中医药治疗甲状腺疾病的新趋势，如个体化治疗方案的探索和现代科技在中医药治疗中的应用，为深化甲状腺组织损伤、修复重建领域中医药应用研究提供了重要参考。

Abstract: BACKGROUND: Thyroid diseases are common endocrine system disorders. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treatment has attracted widespread attention due to its unique advantages.
OBJECTIVE: Based on relevant literature from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) in recent years, to systematically analyze the research status, hot topics, and development trends of TCM application in the field of thyroid tissue injury and repair reconstruction using bibliometric methods. 
METHODS: The CNKI platform was used as the data retrieval platform. Research literature was searched in journal resources with the themes of "thyroid," "thyroid diseases," "traditional Chinese medicine," "TCM treatment," "bibliometric analysis," "historical literature," "distribution," "literature sources," "major journals," "authors," "core research," and "treatment methods." The search formula was set as: “subject = 'thyroid' * 'thyroid diseases' * 'traditional Chinese medicine' 'TCM treatment' AND keywords = 'thyroid' + 'thyroid diseases' + 'injury' + 'repair' + 'traditional Chinese medicine' + 'TCM treatment' + 'historical literature' + 'distribution' + 'literature sources' + 'major journals' + 'authors' + 'core research' + 'treatment methods'”. The search period was set from 2012 to 2026. The Citespace software was used to systematically review and summarize the research achievements in the field of TCM treatment for thyroid tissue injury and repair reconstruction in recent years, identifying the research priorities and development trends in this field.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: A total of 1 884 articles were retrieved from the CNKI total database, demonstrating extensive research participation and academic influence. The visual analysis results show that TCM treatment of thyroid diseases mainly focuses on syndrome differentiation and treatment, the application of TCM formulas, and other aspects, forming a relatively systematic theoretical framework. Hot topics include TCM treatment strategies for thyroid nodules, hyperthyroidism, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, as well as the effect of TCM on improving patients’ quality of life. The study also reveals new trends in TCM treatment of thyroid diseases, such as the exploration of personalized treatment regimens and the application of modern technology in TCM treatment, providing important references for deepening research on TCM application in the field of thyroid tissue injury and repair reconstruction.
