2.1 外泌体的概念及来源 外泌体是细胞经过“内吞-融合-外排”等一系列调控过程形成直径40-100 nm,密度为1.13-1.19 g/mL的膜性脂质小囊泡[8],其内含有功能性蛋白质、mRNA及microRNA等物质,在细胞间的信息传递过程中发挥重要作用[9]。目前已经从各种细胞的培养基中分离得到外泌体,如树突状细胞、间充质干细胞、T细胞、B细胞[10]、神经元细胞等[11],深入研究发现几乎所有的体液中均可分离出外泌体,如尿液、唾液、血浆、血清、母乳、羊水、滑液、恶性胸腔积液等[12]。现已证明细胞可以释放大小不同的囊泡,这些囊泡在不同的时期有不同的名称,统称为细胞外囊泡。根据胞外囊泡的释放机制和大小,他们主要被分为3类:外泌体(直径小于100 nm),微泡/脱落颗粒和凋亡小体(后两者直径大于100 nm) [5,13-15],见表1,图1。"
