亚组分析:按照随访时间将5篇文献划分成2组,分别进行Meta分析,结果见图9。基于以上的亚组分析,2个组别之间的异质性极强,达到了高度异质(I2=87.5% > 50%,P=0% < 0.1),意味着随访时间的选择在很大程度上会影响Meta分析结果,其中随访时间6个月组内完全无异质性(I2=0% < 50%,P=1 > 0.1),且合并2篇随访时间6个月的结果,选择固定效应合并效应量危险比,效应量达到了1.96,且有显著性意义(Z=3.73,P=0.000 2 < 0.05),意味着特立帕肽在很大程度上增加了对骨质疏松合并腰椎退行性患者的融合率,是对照组的1.96倍;其次,随访时间12个月组内无异质性(I2=0%< 50%,P=0.7 > 0.1),选择固定效应合并3篇随访时间12个月的结果,效应量达到了1.02,差异无显著性意义(Z=0.23,P=0.82 > 0.05),意味着特立帕肽在随访时间12个月时增加了患者的融合率,仅仅只有对照组的1.02倍,差异不显著;最后,组间异质性很高,达到了87%,表明随访时间的不同,患者术后骨融合率明显不同,应用特立帕肽能在早期明显增加骨融合率,缩短骨融合的时间。 "
(4)术后12个月时的腰痛功能障碍指数:此次涉及术后腰痛功能障碍指数的文献共纳入4篇[10-11,13,16]。文献间有统计学异质性(I2=82%,P=0.000 7),可以选择随机效应进行Meta分析,也可以继续进行异质性检验,考察异质性的原因。对于整体4篇文献,选择随机效应进行Meta分析,结果见图13。对此次研究的4篇文献进行敏感性分析查找异质性原因,发现刘汉辉等[13]这篇文献对异质性影响较大,去掉该研究之后再次进行异质性检验,结果显示余下的3篇文献不存在异质性(I2=0% < 50%,P=0.7 > 0.1),基于此次研究的数据情况,高度异质性来源尚不能明确。结果表明,特立帕肽组在术后12个月随访时间的腰痛功能障碍指数评分较对照组低,但差异无显著性意义,见图14。 "
