2.1 患者数量分析及临床资料 所有患者均进入结果分析。所有患者的基本资料见表1。 2.2 经椎弓根椎体截骨矫形治疗陈旧性胸腰椎骨折后凸畸形的效果 与对照组相比,实验组患者手术时间短、术中出血量少,患者治疗后平均后凸Cobb角减小明显(P < 0.05)。另一方面对患者进行随访发现,实验组中,4例C级患者有2例转为E级,3例D级患者有2例转为E级,该组患者治疗后神经功能改善好转率为57.14%,发生并发症人数为1例,其并发症发生率为8%;而对照组中,4例C级患者有1例转为E级,2例D级患者有1例转为E级,该组患者中治疗后神经功能改善好转率为33%,发生并发症人数为4例,其并发症发生率为31%。进一步通过统计学检验进行分析,两组差异有显著性意义(P < 0.05)。其结果详见表2。 2.3 经椎弓根椎体截骨矫形治疗陈旧性胸腰椎骨折后凸畸形的不良反应 两组患者中均无置钉失败、内固定松动、不融合。"
