2.3 期刊发文量与期刊共引分析 CNKI数据库检索与“骨盆整复类手法”相关的载文量排名前10的期刊,分布领域主要在医学,且以传统中医类期刊为主,少部分为中西医结合期刊,其中以《广西中医药大学学报》和《广西中医药杂志》的相关载文量最多,分别占比7.9%和3.9% ,文献类型为硕士论文和期刊论文,多围绕“腰椎间盘突出症”“骨盆带疼痛”的骨盆整复手法进行临床观察研究,其次为《现代中西医结合杂志》《按摩与康复医学》《中国中医骨伤科杂志》等杂志;WOS数据库中排名前10位的杂志当中,《REHABILITATION》《ORTHOPEDICS》《SPORT SCIENCES》杂志载文量分别位列前3,其中排名第1的《REHABILITATION》杂志载文量最多,主要是讨论骨盆整脊手法对腰椎间盘突出症、产妇产后骨盆痛等疾病的骨盆康复调理。见表1。 "

2.5 研究作者与合作分析 根据CNKI数据库可视化分析“骨盆整复手法”相关检索文献结果见图8,赵平、刘益善、郭伟、范宇、郭汝宝和周宾宾等学者分别以第一或其他相关作者发表了2篇论文,韦贵康发表4篇论文,占总文献5%。其中,存有共引关系的多是合作发表作者见图9。例如孙月柏等[15]发表青少年臀肌挛缩症的骨盆调理方法,以及廖亮华、古丽梅和江兴妹合作发表的“骨盆控制手法对偏瘫患者的运动康复影响”[16]。其次,郭汝宝等[17]发表“骨盆调整手法对腰椎间盘突出症的影响”,还通过其他文献重点探讨了骶髂关节移位与椎间盘退变的关系,为手法治疗提供了数据。韦贵康等[18]主要研究通过均衡骨盆牵引和骨盆调衡法对腰腿痛患者的治疗,韦贵康和周宾宾重点运用了骨盆牵引法、脊柱骨盆均衡手法对腰椎间盘突出症进行临床治疗,文献年限虽早,但仍有指导意义[18]。 "
2.6 关键词分析 应用CiteSpace 5.6.R3软件对WOS数据库核心合集数据库的文献进行分析,选择“Keyword”聚类分析进行可视化分析,再应用CNKI可视化分析技术对检索到的文献进行“关键词”操作,具体关键词频次及关系见表3,CNKI数据库检索结果中,其中排名前5的依次为腰椎间盘突出症(59篇)、脑卒中(13篇)、腰椎滑脱(10篇)、椎间盘移位(8篇)、骶髂关节(7篇),其中关键词以“腰椎间盘突出症”检索到的骨盆整复手法相关的文献最多。 此外,通过CiteSpace检索分析相关关键词,排名前5的依次是Low back pain(19篇)、Women(12篇)、Exercise(11篇)、Rehabilitation(10篇)、Physiotherapy(9篇),其中以“下腰痛”的骨盆手法的研究居多。 "
