2.2 脐带间充质干细胞分化后神经特异性标志物的变化 在与许旺细胞共培养8 h后,脐带间充质细胞中Nestin阳性表达率为(15±3)%;24 h时阳性率达到(70±3)%;72 h后,Nestin阳性表达率为(8±2)%,NF-200阳性表达率为(32±5)%,β-Ⅲ-tubulin阳性表达率为(28±7)%; 1周后,神经元特异物的阳性表达率为:NF-200(42±5)%,β-Ⅲ-tubulin (54±7)%,胶质纤维酸性蛋白(20±3)%;2周后神经元特异物的阳性表达率为:NF-200(70±5)%,β-Ⅲ-tubulin (68±3)%,Nestin(4±3)%,胶质纤维酸性蛋白(28±2)%,但是不表达胶质细胞特异性标记MAB1580和成熟许旺细胞标记S100(图2)。"
