Sequence of recombinant plasmid in survivin gene The sequencing partial results of positive clone were shown in Figure 5. The sequencing results were consistent with the target sequence. Transfected 293T cells expressed survivin Western blot analysis results showed that, a characteristic band was found in the vicinity of 18 kDa (Figure 6). Its length was consistent with the target gene fusion protein. The results showed that the plasmid was detected a target band with Flag antibody and displayed the target gene over-expression successfully."
