2.1 参与者数量分析 90例患者中,1例肝硬化合并腹水患者术后仍有呕血、黑便,家属放弃治疗后第33天死亡,其余89例均至少随访3个月以上,平均随访(20.49±10.02)个月。 2.2 组织胶排胶及相关不良反应 所有患者组织胶在治疗2周-3个月开始排出,排胶引起的出血多为少量,有的自限停止,或予质子泵抑制剂抑制胃酸及奥曲肽降低门脉压治疗后停止,对本研究结果未造成影响。 2.3 组织胶注射联合密集套扎治疗总体情况 90例共计注射107例次,每次注射1-4个点,治疗胃贲门静脉活动性出血12例,均立刻止血,止血率为100%;无活动出血78例,注胶后见静脉变粗、发白、变硬。食管静脉曲张密集套扎治疗共90例结扎164次,首次结扎13-24个点,平均每例3.82次,两次间隔4周左右,首次结扎止血成功率为100%。治疗效果见表1。"
