2.3 纳入文献的方法学质量评价 根据Cochrane风险偏倚评价工具对纳入文献的质量进行评估包括是否随机、是否隐藏分组、受试者和研究者是否采用盲法、结局数据的完整性、对实验结果的选择性报告、其他偏倚风险等7个评价指标。纳入文献偏倚评价见图2,纳入文献的风险总结图见图3。总体上看,纳入的文献存在一定的偏倚风险。其中BOCALINI等[9]、ENGELKE等[14]、KEMMLER(2011)等[21]和聂明剑等[7]在随机分配上让患者自行选择训练组和对照组,因此随机分组产生的评估为高风险;BEMBEN等[28]和KEMMLER(2004)等[19]的研究中对是否按照随机分配的原则进行分组的描述不清楚,因此随机分配的风险评估为不清楚;BOLTON等[10]、WATSON等[27]和CHILIBECK等[11]的文献质量很高,偏倚风险较低;GOING等[16]的结局中2组丢失数据差别过大,因此结果数据的评估为高风险;BEMBEN等[28]、BOCALINI等[9]、CHUIN等[12]、BEMBEN(2000)等[13]、GOING等[16]、HINTON等[17]、KEMMLER(2004)等[19]、MADDALOZZO等[22]、MARQUES等[23]、MILLIKEN等[24]、RHODES等[26]、PINHEIRO等[25]、聂明剑等[7]、孙志成等[8]的隐藏分组和效应指标盲检评估为不清楚;所有纳入的研究均没有采用双盲的方法,因为无法对受试者实施盲法,患者对干预手段必须清楚;所有纳入研究的其他偏倚风险该评估均为不清楚,但是整体文献的质量为中等偏上。 "
