2.2 Meta分析结果 疼痛评分:8篇文献中6篇文献同时用了目测类比疼痛评分(VAS)和WOMAC疼痛评分评价超声疗法治疗膝骨关节炎疼痛的效果[21-26],1篇文献仅用了目测类比疼痛评 分[27],1篇文献仅用了WOMAC疼痛评分[28],将此文献中的WOMAC疼痛评分数值转换成目测类比疼痛评分数值进行数据分析。综合分析,超声疗法与对照组比较,降低了膝骨关节炎患者的疼痛评分(标准化均值差:-0.51;95%置信区间:-0.68,-0.33;P=0.05),且合并的结果未见明显的异质性(P < 0.000 01;I2=33%)。结果表明,超声波疗法对膝骨关节炎患者的疼痛症状存在明显的缓解作用(图2)。漏斗图左右基本对称,表示存在发表偏倚的可能性较小(图3)。"
