2.1 参与者数量分析 研究纳入216例患者,平均年龄(29±9)岁,男性71例、女性145例,全部参与焦虑量表评估及拔除第三磨牙。 2.2 牙科焦虑评估 平均牙科焦虑评分为10.4±3.5。男性平均得分9.4±3.3,女性平均得分10.8±3.4。 2.3 各个变量基于DAS-TMS的基线特征分布 各类DAS-TMS评分中,基于性别的DAS-TMS分布差异有显著性意义(P=0.009 < 0.05)。年龄、吸烟、受教育程度、Winter分类、Pell-Gregory水平、Pell-Gregory 垂直分类和翻瓣在DAS-TMS的不同类别中无明显差异(所有均P > 0.05),见表1。 2.4 术前牙科焦虑水平与手术时间之间的多因素线性回归模型分析 多变量调整前较高的DAS-TMS水平与较长的手术时间有关。调整其他混杂因素后各类DAS-TMS的水平与手术时间仍存在明显关联,调整后的结果并没有明显改变估计的关联,见表2。在最终模型中牙科焦虑每增加1个单位,手术时间增加1.1 min (β=1.10,P < 0.001,95% CI:0.76-1.49),见图1。 2.5 术前牙科焦虑与手术时间的非线性关联 限制性立方样条函数显示术前牙科焦虑与手术时间具有明显的非线性关系(P=0.013),见图2。阈值效应分析显示DAS-TMS值为14.47,即当术前焦虑程度超过14.47后,手术时间明显增加。"
