2.2 基线资料比较 2组基线资料比较差异无显著性意义(P > 0.05),具有可比性,见表1。 2.3 两组治疗前后髌上10 cm周径比较 见表2。表2表明,肌内效贴组和肌内效贴结合淋巴引流组在对膝关节髌上10 cm周径影响方面,治疗10 d后均比治疗前明显减小,差异有显著性意义(P < 0.05)。 治疗前2组患者膝关节髌上10 cm周径差别无显著性意义;治疗10 d后,与肌内效贴组比较,肌内效贴结合淋巴引流组膝关节髌上10 cm周径显著减小,差异有显著性意义(P < 0.05)。 2.4 两组治疗前后髌下10 cm周径比较 见表3。 表3表明,2组在对膝关节髌下10 cm周径影响方面,治疗10 d后均比治疗前明显减小,差异有显著性意义(P < 0.05)。 治疗前2组患者膝关节髌下10 cm周径差异无显著性意义;治疗10 d后,与肌内效贴组比较,肌内效贴结合淋巴引流组膝关节髌下10 cm周径显著减小,差异有显著性意义(P < 0.05)。"
