2.3 临床评估结果 患者入院时合并症基本一致,骨水泥型组术中出现了3例并发症,1例在手术过程中经抢救无效死亡,2例在手术过程中血压下降、呼吸困难经过抢救后生命体征恢复正常。两组均于置换后3 d左右进行功能锻炼,扶拐下地活动时间生物型组3周左右,骨水泥型组两三周左右,两组随访时间8-36个月,平均18个月,在随访过程中发现生物型组中2例骨质疏松较严重的患者有部分假体下沉。 2.4 影像学评估结果 18例生物型假体置换后,优14髋,良2髋,中2髋,优良率89%,生物性假体置换后初始影像显示16髋(89%)股骨假体为中心性固定,2髋因患有严重骨质疏松假体有部分下沉稍有内翻固定,内翻 < 3°,禁止患肢负重3个月后,假体无继续下沉。17例骨水泥型假体置换,除1例术中死亡外,优15髋,良1髋,优良率93%,初始影像显示16髋(94%)股骨假体为中心性固定,最终影像显示所有股骨假体位置无移动,未见松动和下沉。截止末次随访时,未见可确诊的无菌性松动影像表现或要求翻修,也未发现骨盆局限性骨溶解。 2.5 典型病例分析 典型病例1:见图1。"
